Terms of service

Work: made-to-measure websites for private clients and small businesses. One craftsperson, one job at a time.

First the quote, in writing. Then the work. Payment as agreed (bank transfer, Satispay, PayPal). Invoice yes.

The site and the domain stay yours. Copy and photos you give me are your responsibility (rights, privacy of people in photos).

Not included: paid advertising, social-media management, a shop with a till, unless it is written in the quote.

Competent court: as required by law.
